We work with businesses both registered and sole traders and therefore collect business-focused accounting data and limited personal data so we can provide a comprehensive Accountancy service for your business.

Your data

To ensure we provide you with our full accounting services we may collect the following information, with your permission and, under contract, through our secure automated portal:- 



  • Business & personal detail for accountancy and Inland revenue purpose 
  • ID verification such as utility bills, passport, PPS number for AML purpose 
  • Bank & credit card statement, purchase/sales invoices and other relevant documents for preparation of Accounts / Financial Statement 
  • On occasion, healthcare information is required when filing for Income Tax 

 

We use your information only for the purpose of business engagement. We do not share it with any third-party unless it is for the direct purpose of providing a service to you. We store your details only for the lifecycle of our business relationship, then minimise it and store for 7-years in line with legislation.

If you visit our offices, we have CCTV cameras installed for the safety and security of our employees, visitors, infrastructure and technology. There is clear signage as you enter the office regarding retention time and point of contact for information. You can view our CCTV Policy at any time.

Your privacy

  1. Ask us what information we hold about you and receive a copy of this data 
  2. Ask us to delete or stop communication with you 
  3. Ask us to transfer a copy of your details to another organisation 
  4. We would always encourage you to let us know if any information we hold on you is incorrect or out of date 

 

We will acknowledge and act upon your request without delay. If at any time we cannot oblige, due to legal or contractual reasons, we will explain this to you.
